             Children's Ski Lessons

Safety, fun and learning are the key words here. As a mother myself I know how important it is to feel that you are leaving your children in good hands. My job is to ensure that your children can ski in control and stop when needed. They will learn new skills to allow them to progress into competent little skiers, whilst ensuring they have plenty of fun. We'll discover trails through the woods, gullies, snow park jumps, mini slalom courses and more. By the end of the lesson they will know the skiers code too. Helmets are compulsory for all children's lessons.

            Adult Ski Lessons

Whether you are a complete beginner, feel like you are on an intermediate plateau and not progressing, or simply want some helpful tips to allow you to ski more challenging terrain, I can help.

Beginner Skiers

As a beginner my aim is to put you at ease, encourage you and give you the skills needed to get you started. Finding the right pistes for you is essential. We'll head to the beginners area, teach you how to use the lifts, get used to the equipment and takes things one step at a time at your pace.

Intermediate Skiers

I'll pinpoint the changes that need to be made to your skiing through regular feedback and find the best pistes to ski in order to make those important changes. We'll discuss the technical, psychological, tactical and physical aspects of skiing and tailor the lesson to your particular needs.

Confidence Booster Lessons

Have you lost your confidence? Feeling anxious about getting back on skis after an injury or bad experience? We'll take things slowly, with encouragement we'll get you back skiing with confidence on the right pistes for you.

Advanced, Bumps and Off Piste Lessons

Looking to master the moguls, learn to carve or find some fresh powder? I'll seek out the best bumps and the freshest powder on the mountain. Knowledge of the resort and current conditions is essential if you want to ski the best spots and stay safe. I'll give you advice and tuition on how best to ski all types of snow and terrain.... slush, bumps, ice and powder.

Video Analysis

For those who really want to see their own skiing, video analysis provides instant feedback. I use a camcorder with an inbuilt projector to give you easy viewing over a quick coffee. Let me know before the lesson if you'd like me to bring the camera along, equally I can email your video over to you for you to look at later. This is a very useful tool and ensures a much greater understanding of what may or may not be going wrong in your skiing.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Booked Sian as our instructor for our first ever skiing holiday. As a family of 4 complete beginners she was exactly what we needed as we nervously slipped our ways onto the piste. She is incredibly patient, kind and clear with her instructions and got us all skiing by the end of 3 lessons. My sons, in particular, have become comfortable on the slopes under her guidance. We would definitely recommend her to anyone, beginners or otherwise, and would not hesitate to book her again."
